Oh...finally after a wk.my bai ka recovering oredi..though is painful but still can walk properly..cannot run only..hmm..think i need to wait 4 another wk b4 i can go back to my bball games..

Aargh...careless me..stupid shoes..got my ankle sprained the 2nd time..the last time was when i was playing badminton..on turning..a loud crack sound was heard..n i am on the ground..holding my ankle...groaning in pain...this time..it is the similar thing..except that it is on the baskeball court instead..hmmm..muz b too tired oredi..legz no strength n not stable..then kena 1..haiz....think i need to get new bball shoes oredi man...if not kena again..my ankle can throw away liaoz..then i can say bye bye to my bball games liaoz..hmmm..

It's still swelling..but ok lah..not tat bad..was having an elephant feet during the 1st few days..then after abt 3-4days..it shrunk to pigs' trotter..then now.more or less normal lah..hah..jia you..recover soon..n can move ard better n freely loh..keke..

hmm..hasnt been blogging for a long long long time..so now also dunno wat to write liaoz..too many things to write..haha..nvm..shall end here then..keke....
