hahaha..had a great wkend last wk..not bad lehz..went ice skate..long long long time never go liaoz..kong fu still there..skate rather well..haha..but still..fall like dunno wat..cos got someone keep dragging me down..haiz..haha..wan me to pull her..then i dun haf the skill lah..cannot pull then end i kena pull by her instead then fall..

fell the most time tat day..other than the 1st time i skate when i still learning..fall until pants n shirt all wet..haha..then even worse..my hp..juz use 4 6months only..gone..i fell n sat on it..then the LCD screen broke..haiz..tat wat wat happen that time when i learning..din expect to fall until like tat time again....but i clever liaoz...phone put infront..so save..but 1 other thing gone..is the ticket..entrance ticket..hahha..i put behind..4got to take out..then end up got wet n broke into pieces..heng dun need to pay 4 it..if not i cry ah...

Bai ka now..y lehz??cos i fell loh..slipped n fell..then my feet position not gd..so kena..haiz..but nvm lah..almost going home liaoz..so ok lah..din lugi much..imagine play a short while then kena..sianz wo..high man..tat time play badminton sprain..now ice skate also sprain..haiz..then was thinking of self treatment..then my frens persuade..finally went to the sinseh at ginza plaza..power lehz..norm we watch tv..sprain ankle..the sinseh will *crack crack crack* the ankle rite??i also thinking it'll happen..then very scared..haha..then din happen....

The sinseh juz press a pressure point on my shoulder blade then know where i injured liaoz..power..he told me cannot rub the injured part..if not will make it worse..so he ask me lie down then he press other pressure points on my injure leg...then after a while ok liaoz lehz..can walk better liaoz..wah..shen yi ah...then gif me medication..the tablets he gif still ok lah..but the syrup he gif..cannot make it..hated the taste..er xin ah....eeee..

now much better liaoz..only a bit swollen...think by next wk then ok liaoz..hahhah..then can go play liaoz..oooohhhoooo....!!!!>.hahhah..
