Wah.. today went to take IPPT 2day..sad.. tot can at least pass..but end up fail..cos chin up cannot make it.. only 4.. sianz..back to my OCS times liaoz.. always cos of chin up cannot get silver..haiz..sianz..Muz cheong silver if not very embarrassing 1..gonna train like hell to get it.. hmm..too long din take liaoz..muz get back the momentum..grrrr..I'll conquer IPPT..hahaha..2wks..cheong ARHH>>

Results are as follows
Standing Broad Jump: 239cm
Shuttle run: 9.6secs
Sit-ups: 42
Chin-ups: 4 (haizzz)
2.4km Run: dunno yet..timing not read out..update later..keke..should be 11plus mins..sianz...

Got some improvement in shuttle run (personal best is 9.9 now 9.6, standing broad jump (personal best is 234 now 239)keke..

I'll train hard..SILVER. HERE I COME!!!!
